Evrazia-Holding is the biggest chain of Japanese restaurants and sushi bars in northwest Russia.

Presently our chain consists of more than 100 restaurants and sushi bars in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kiev  and Kazan. In 2012 the Evrazia chain will expand further in Moscow and other big cities in Russia and Eastern Europe.

A large number of  Evrazia restaurants are situated in St. Petersburg. Geographically the Evrazia chain covers the whole city from the residential districts to the central downtown area.  Evrazia sushi bars are also successful in St. Petersburg's suburbs like Pushkin, Gatchina, Kronstadt, Kolpino, Priozersk.

Besides classic Japanese restaurants, the Holding includes restaurants of different types of cuisine with Japanese, Chinese and Uzbek dishes featured on the menu. In addition to your favorite sushi and rolls you can order shashlik or Peking-style duck. European cuisine is represented in the varied steak menu at our  Steak House on Dobrolyubova, 7.

The Evrazia chain is famous not only for its diverse menu and unyielding high quality but also for its interesting specials and offers allowing sushi-lovers to maximize their savings on a lunch or dinner. Perhaps, our most famous special is “Happy Hours”—if a customers buys one drink or one item on the menu from 3pm till 6 pm, he or she will receive the second one for free. During the two years that this special has been running, “Happy Hours” has become so popular that you can see lines at the entrance of restaurants after 3 pm every day (particularly at the restaurant on Vladimirskiy prospect). For our regular customers, “Happy Hours” is simply magnetic!

From the company’s founding, Evrazia Holding has run many different activities for regular customers such as raffles with presents and other valuable gifts including cars.

Evrazia-Holding offers special discounts and bonuses to the owners of its discount cards. In 2007-2008 there was strong development of the discount card system: nowadays there are more than 50 000 Evrazia Holding discount cards in St. Petersburg. For the purpose of popularization of discount cards and in an affort to attract new customers special offers were worked out -  increasing the discount to 70% on Evrazia Holding discount cards with a face value of  10% - 30%. A special program was also developed for the owners of Evrazia Holding discount cards in order to raise loyalty to Evrazia restaurants.  Starting in January 2008 deep discounts were offered to card holders for certain categories of merchandise. In October 2008 “Happy Hours” became exclusive to discount card holders only.

In 2007-2008  several significant high-profile events were held, the most striking of which was “Master Class with Masaeshi Kasato and Kensaku Yosida, president and vice-president of the World Association of Sushi Masters.” After the master class, Mr. Masaeshi Kasato and Mr. Kensaku Yosida created an exclusive special menu for Evrazia restaurants.

Evrazia Holding pays a lot of attention to suggestions and wishes of our customers. To this effect we conduct customer opinion polls and created a special service department to manage this element of our company.

In October 2008, the President of Evrazia Holding, Alexey Fursov, received the award for «CEO of the Year» in nomination «Breakthrough of the Year in Service».

The Evrazia Holding performed very well even at the height of the economic crisis, with more than 30 new “Evrazia” restaurants and sushi bars open in 2009 in St. Petersburg alone, increased success for the brand in the Moscow market and a growing presence in Kiev as well.

At the end of 2009, the President of Evrazia Holding, Mr. Alexey Fursov, was awarded the prestigious international business award “Business Owner of the Year” by Ernst & Young and became one of 25 best business owners in Russia.

In 2012 Evrazia Holding develops different brands and new directions of its activities.  And, of course, our customers in different cities and even different countries will, as they have for years, enjoy new and interesting specials, cost-saving offers and delicious culinary treats of Evrazia restaurants and sushi bars.
